Apiframe + AWS Transcribe Integration

Keep Apiframe and AWS Transcribe aligned: use one app's ai actions to perform the other's.

Example: use Apiframe's "Generate an Image" action to perform AWS Transcribe's "Create Vocabulary" action. Apiframe has 10 actions (including Generate an Image, Generate a Video, and Generate Image Variations); AWS Transcribe has 12 actions (including Create Vocabulary, Create Vocabulary Filter, and Delete Transcription Job).
