Terms of Service

The rules for using WEXTL — accounts, workflows, billing, and acceptable use.

Effective July 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WEXTL (the "Service") operated by MAXMEL Tech ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Organization owners control membership, billing, and data-export or deletion requests for their workspace. Team permissions within an organization follow the roles configured in the product.

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You may not share accounts or circumvent access controls.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

WEXTL is a workflow automation platform. You may connect third-party applications, build workflows, run automations, and share templates subject to plan limits and fair use.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. Beta or preview features are provided "as is" and may change without notice.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Violating applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Sending spam, malware, or abusive content through connected integrations.
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
  • Reverse engineering the Service except where permitted by law.
  • Reselling or sublicensing the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for the workflows you build, the credentials you store, and ensuring you have the right to process any personal data handled by your automations.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information about the Service itself.

Paid plans and automation credits are described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance according to the interval you select. Taxes may apply.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

If payment fails or your account exceeds plan limits, we may throttle runs, suspend paid features, or downgrade access until the account is current.

We own the Service, its software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks except as needed to describe your use of WEXTL.

Community templates and library entries you publish remain yours, but you grant us a worldwide license to host, display, and allow others to deploy copies as described in the product.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if continued provision would create legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email when appropriate.
