AWS Transcribe + Google People Integration

Use AWS Transcribe's ai actions to perform Google People's communication actions so handoffs stay automatic.

Example: use AWS Transcribe's "Create Vocabulary" action to perform Google People's "Batch Create Contacts" action. AWS Transcribe has 12 actions (including Create Vocabulary, Create Vocabulary Filter, and Delete Transcription Job); Google People has 25 actions (including Batch Create Contacts, Batch Delete Contacts, and Batch Update Contacts).
