AWS Transcribe + Jina AI Integration

Keep AWS Transcribe and Jina AI aligned: use one app's ai actions to perform the other's.

Example: use AWS Transcribe's "Create Vocabulary" action to perform Jina AI's "Cancel Batch Job" action. AWS Transcribe has 12 actions (including Create Vocabulary, Create Vocabulary Filter, and Delete Transcription Job); Jina AI has 11 actions (including Cancel Batch Job, Create Embeddings, and Download Batch Errors).
