AWS Transcribe + Replicate Integration

Keep AWS Transcribe and Replicate aligned: use one app's ai actions to perform the other's.

Example: use AWS Transcribe's "Create Vocabulary" action to perform Replicate's "Cancel a Prediction" action. AWS Transcribe has 12 actions (including Create Vocabulary, Create Vocabulary Filter, and Delete Transcription Job); Replicate has 13 actions (including Cancel a Prediction, Cancel a Training, and Create a Completion / Prediction).
