Keep AWS Transcribe and Resemble AI aligned: use one app's ai actions to perform the other's.

Example: use AWS Transcribe's "Create Vocabulary" action to perform Resemble AI's "Build a Voice" action. AWS Transcribe has 12 actions (including Create Vocabulary, Create Vocabulary Filter, and Delete Transcription Job); Resemble AI has 7 actions (including Build a Voice, Create a Recording, and Create a Voice).
