AWS Transcribe + Sonix Integration

Keep AWS Transcribe and Sonix aligned: use one app's ai actions to perform the other's.

Example: use AWS Transcribe's "Create Vocabulary" action to perform Sonix's "Create a New Media" action. AWS Transcribe has 12 actions (including Create Vocabulary, Create Vocabulary Filter, and Delete Transcription Job); Sonix has 12 actions (including Create a New Media, Create a Translation, and Delete a Media).
