Baserow + Supabase Integration

Keep Baserow and Supabase aligned: when database events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when Supabase's "Watch Events" fires, WEXTL can "Batch Create Database Table Rows" in Baserow. Baserow has 150 actions (including Batch Create Database Table Rows, Batch Delete Database Table Rows, and Batch Update Database Table Rows); Supabase has 17 actions (including Create a Row, Create a User, and Create a User Link).
