Example: when Bullhorn's "Watch Candidates" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Candidate" in Breezy HR. Breezy HR has 9 actions (including Create a Candidate, Create a Position, and Get a Candidate); Bullhorn has 47 actions (including Convert to Text/HTML, Convert to Text/HTML via JSON, and Create a Candidate).
