Keep dLocal and Lunch Money aligned: when finance events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when Lunch Money's "Watch Transactions" fires, WEXTL can "Add a Bank Account" in dLocal. dLocal has 31 actions (including Add a Bank Account, Cancel an Enrollment, and Cancel a Payment); Lunch Money has 9 actions (including Create a Transaction Group, Delete a Transaction Group, and Get a Transaction).
