Keep FieldPulse and ServiceMonster aligned: when project management events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when FieldPulse's "Watch Customers" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Job" in ServiceMonster. FieldPulse has 3 triggers (including Watch Customers, Watch New Jobs, and Watch Updated Jobs); ServiceMonster has 29 actions (including Create a Job, Create an Employee, and Create an Order).
