BlueFolder + ServiceMonster Integration

Keep BlueFolder and ServiceMonster aligned: when project management events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when BlueFolder's "Watch Appointments" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Job" in ServiceMonster. BlueFolder has 5 triggers (including Watch Appointments, Watch Attachments, and Watch Contracts); ServiceMonster has 29 actions (including Create a Job, Create an Employee, and Create an Order).
