Keep BookingLayer and TripleSeat aligned: when scheduling events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when BookingLayer's "Watch Booking Lines" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Booking Task" in TripleSeat. BookingLayer has 10 triggers (including Watch Booking Lines, Watch Bookings, and Watch Credit Notes); TripleSeat has 43 actions (including Create a Booking Task, Create a Contact, and Create a Contact Task).
