Keep Breezy HR and greytHR aligned: when hr events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when greytHR's "Watch Audits" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Candidate" in Breezy HR. Breezy HR has 9 actions (including Create a Candidate, Create a Position, and Get a Candidate); greytHR has 112 actions (including Add Employee Document, Create a Family Member, and Create a Leave Transaction).
