Keep Breezy HR and ZenHR aligned: when hr events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when ZenHR's "Watch Branch Documents" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Candidate" in Breezy HR. Breezy HR has 9 actions (including Create a Candidate, Create a Position, and Get a Candidate); ZenHR has 111 actions (including Create a Branch Work Shift, Create a Document, and Create an Employee).
