How to integrate Plaud in automation workflow?

3 simple steps to make your Plaud connected with other apps in automation workflows on WEXTL. Up to 10 minutes integration set up.

How Plaud connects and integrates with WEXTL

Save and approve your credentials once — WEXTL® stores authorization information encrypted and reuses the authentication whenever Plaud app is called in workflows. That allows your ai automations to run without your attention, per defined schedule [7]. Explore documentation [6] for a detailed list of fields that Plaud supports.

The following table illustrates what fields Plaud integration require during authorization flow inside our workflow builder [4].

FieldTypeHelp
Client IDRequired
text

Your app's Client ID from the Developer Portal.

Secret KeyRequired
password

Your app's Secret Key from the Developer Portal. Used to get partner and user tokens.

API KeyRequired
password

Create one in the Developer Portal under App Settings > API Keys. This is not your Secret Key. Transcription works only after a Plaud device has been bound to your app.

Region
select

Where your app is hosted. Choose Japan only if Plaud set up your app there.

Connect Plaud to popular apps on WEXTL

Enter a name of the other app you want to sync with Plaud below. Click on selected app to explore integration options with Plaud. If the app you search for is not available in WEXTL yet, you can use HTTP node [10] instead to integrate it directly.

Example automation with Plaud integration

Select Get Device Binding action from Plaud - this will be a starting point in your automation. Whenever event happens in Plaud, workflow will start [7] from Get Device Binding node.

Search for Bind Device, connect it as the next step of integration sequence. You can use filters between Get Device Binding and Bind Device, so only important data pass from Get Device Binding to the next step. WEXTL gives you full control over the process of Plaud automation. All parts of workflow are visible on the canvas [4].

Plaud on WEXTL has 9 modules for combining ai automations. Explore Plaud documentation for more.
