Select Weave in workflow
Pick Weave app in the workflow builder [4] - just one click to select the app.
Triggers can detect changes in Weave and run actions that can create, search or modify data inside Weave automatically [3] — exactly how you set them.
3 simple steps to make your Weave connected with other apps in automation workflows on WEXTL. Up to 10 minutes integration set up.
Pick Weave app in the workflow builder [4] - just one click to select the app.
When prompted, authorize access to Weave in WEXTL once. Weave credentials are encrypted and never shared with WEXTL. Authorization will be reused in any future API calls [3].
WEXTL wants to integrate with your Weave account. Approve?
Build your workflow with Weave yourself or with WEXTL® AI Builder. Connect Weave to any available integrations [5], or use HTTP node to go beyond them.
Save and approve your credentials once — WEXTL® stores authorization information encrypted and reuses the authentication whenever Weave app is called in workflows. That allows your communication automations to run without your attention, per defined schedule [7]. Explore documentation [6] for a detailed list of fields that Weave supports.
The following table illustrates what fields Weave integration require during authorization flow inside our workflow builder [4].

|---|---|---|
API KeyRequired | text | Your unique API key found in the dashboard under API Settings. Sent as X-WEAVE-APIKEY on every request. |
Proxy DestinationRequired | select | The PMS or OTA this connection will proxy requests to. Note: Airbnb (Connect) requires you to manually follow the returned URL to authenticate — no token is issued automatically. |

Client IDRequired | text | Your end-user ID on the target PMS/OTA system. Sent as X-WEAVE-CLIENT-ID on every request and also used in the access token request body. |
Client SecretRequired | password | Your PMS/OTA client secret. Used once during connection setup to obtain an access token from the /accessTokens endpoint. |
Enter a name of the other app you want to sync with Weave below. Click on selected app to explore integration options with Weave. If the app you search for is not available in WEXTL yet, you can use HTTP node [10] instead to integrate it directly.
Select List Calendar action from Weave - this will be a starting point in your automation. Whenever event happens in Weave, workflow will start [7] from List Calendar node.
Search for Create a Reservation, connect it as the next step of integration sequence. You can use filters between List Calendar and Create a Reservation, so only important data pass from List Calendar to the next step. WEXTL gives you full control over the process of Weave automation. All parts of workflow are visible on the canvas [4].
Weave on WEXTL has 9 modules for combining communication automations. Explore Weave documentation for more.
