AddEvent + Mindbody Integration

Keep AddEvent and Mindbody aligned: when scheduling events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when AddEvent's "Watch Calendar" fires, WEXTL can "Add a Client to a Class" in Mindbody. AddEvent has 6 triggers (including Watch Calendar, Watch Calendar Subscribers, and Watch Calendar Templates); Mindbody has 28 actions (including Add a Client to a Class, Add a Client to an Enrollment, and Add a Formula Note).
