Keep BookedScheduler and Thumbtack aligned: when scheduling events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when BookedScheduler's "Watch Blackouts" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Business Search" in Thumbtack. BookedScheduler has 5 triggers (including Watch Blackouts, Watch Reservations, and Watch Resources); Thumbtack has 12 actions (including Create a Business Search, Create a Filtered Business Search, and Create a Request for a User).
