Boulevard + Cloudbeds Integration

Keep Boulevard and Cloudbeds aligned: when scheduling events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when Boulevard's "Watch Events" fires, WEXTL can "Add a Guest to a Room" in Cloudbeds. Boulevard has 1 trigger (including Watch Events); Cloudbeds has 27 actions (including Add a Guest to a Room, Create a Guest Note, and Create a Payment).
