Breezy HR + Ease Integration

Keep Breezy HR and Ease aligned: when hr events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when Ease's "Watch Answers" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Candidate" in Breezy HR. Breezy HR has 9 actions (including Create a Candidate, Create a Position, and Get a Candidate); Ease has 40 actions (including Approve Finding, Assign User Qualifications, and Close Finding).
