Breezy HR + Rosterfy Integration

Keep Breezy HR and Rosterfy aligned: when hr events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when Rosterfy's "Watch New Accounts" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Candidate" in Breezy HR. Breezy HR has 9 actions (including Create a Candidate, Create a Position, and Get a Candidate); Rosterfy has 76 actions (including Add Item to Allocation, Apply All Shifts, and Bulk Update Accounts).
