Clockify + PerformYard Integration

Keep Clockify and PerformYard aligned: when hr events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when PerformYard's "Watch Employees" fires, WEXTL can "Add a New Client" in Clockify. Clockify has 137 actions (including Add a New Client, Add a New Group, and Add a New Project); PerformYard has 20 actions (including Add an Employee to a Review Cycle, Create a Goal, and Create an Employee).
