Keep DailyPay and Proliant aligned: use one app's hr actions to perform the other's.

Example: use DailyPay's "Create a Card Token" action to perform Proliant's "Calculate Payroll" action. DailyPay has 17 actions (including Create a Card Token, Create an Account, and Create a Transfer); Proliant has 58 actions (including Calculate Payroll, Create Accrual, and Create Earning Code).
