How to connect
The credential form asks for Client ID and Client Secret.
OAuth asks you to approve https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.body, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.responses.readonly, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile before access is granted.
