Pick NetSuite app in the workflow builder [4] - just one click to select the app.
When prompted, authorize access to NetSuite in WEXTL once. NetSuite credentials are encrypted and never shared with WEXTL. Authorization will be reused in any future API calls [3].
WEXTL wants to integrate with your NetSuite account. Approve?
Build your workflow with NetSuite yourself or with WEXTL® AI Builder. Connect NetSuite to any available integrations [5], or use HTTP node to go beyond them.
Save and approve your credentials once — WEXTL® stores authorization information encrypted and reuses the authentication whenever NetSuite app is called in workflows. That allows your finance automations to run without your attention, per defined schedule [7]. Explore documentation [6] for a detailed list of fields that NetSuite supports.
The following table illustrates what fields NetSuite integration require during authorization flow inside our workflow builder [4].

| Field | Type | Help |
|---|---|---|
Account IDRequired | text | Account ID used as the SuiteTalk host prefix. Enter it lowercase, with underscores written as hyphens. Example: 1234567 or 1234567-sb1. Token-Based Authentication on a NetSuite Enterprise account is required. The check reads one customer record, so the token role needs access to customers. |
Consumer KeyRequired | password | Consumer key from the integration record (Setup > Integration > Manage Integrations). |
Consumer SecretRequired | password | Consumer secret from that integration. NetSuite shows it once, when the integration is created. |
Token IDRequired | password | Token ID from the access token for this integration and user (Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens). |
Token SecretRequired | password | Token secret from that access token. NetSuite shows it once, when the token is created. |
Enter a name of the other app you want to sync with NetSuite below. Click on selected app to explore integration options with NetSuite. If the app you search for is not available in WEXTL yet, you can use HTTP node [10] instead to integrate it directly.
Select Watch Sales Orders trigger from NetSuite - this will be a starting point in your automation. Whenever event happens in NetSuite, workflow will start [7] from Watch Sales Orders node.
Search for Create a Cash Sale, connect it as the next step of integration sequence. You can use filters between Watch Sales Orders and Create a Cash Sale, so only important data pass from Watch Sales Orders to the next step. WEXTL gives you full control over the process of NetSuite automation. All parts of workflow are visible on the canvas [4].
