Select Planerio in workflow
Pick Planerio app in the workflow builder [4] - just one click to select the app.
Triggers can detect changes in Planerio and run actions that can create, search or modify data inside Planerio automatically [3] — exactly how you set them.
3 simple steps to make your Planerio connected with other apps in automation workflows on WEXTL. Up to 10 minutes integration set up.
Pick Planerio app in the workflow builder [4] - just one click to select the app.
When prompted, authorize access to Planerio in WEXTL once. Planerio credentials are encrypted and never shared with WEXTL. Authorization will be reused in any future API calls [3].
WEXTL wants to integrate with your Planerio account. Approve?
Build your workflow with Planerio yourself or with WEXTL® AI Builder. Connect Planerio to any available integrations [5], or use HTTP node to go beyond them.
Save and approve your credentials once — WEXTL® stores authorization information encrypted and reuses the authentication whenever Planerio app is called in workflows. That allows your project management automations to run without your attention, per defined schedule [7]. Explore documentation [6] for a detailed list of fields that Planerio supports.
The following table illustrates what fields Planerio integration require during authorization flow inside our workflow builder [4].

| Field | Type | Help |
|---|---|---|
UsernameRequired | text | The technical login username provided by your Account Manager (e.g. REPORT04-YOURCOMPANY-1234567890). This is NOT your regular Planerio user login. |
PasswordRequired | password | The technical login password provided by your Account Manager. |
HostRequired | text | Your API gateway host, e.g. example.apigw.planer.io (without https://). Derived from your URL: replace 'planer.io' with 'apigw.planer.io'. |
Shift Group TokenRequired | password | The Shift Group Token (Schichtgruppen-Token) created in Admin > Settings > Planerio Interface. Controls which shift groups' data is accessible via this connection. |
Enter a name of the other app you want to sync with Planerio below. Click on selected app to explore integration options with Planerio. If the app you search for is not available in WEXTL yet, you can use HTTP node [10] instead to integrate it directly.
Select List Absences action from Planerio - this will be a starting point in your automation. Whenever event happens in Planerio, workflow will start [7] from List Absences node.
Search for Create a Timestamp, connect it as the next step of integration sequence. You can use filters between List Absences and Create a Timestamp, so only important data pass from List Absences to the next step. WEXTL gives you full control over the process of Planerio automation. All parts of workflow are visible on the canvas [4].
Planerio on WEXTL has 10 modules for building project management automations. Explore Planerio documentation for more.
