Requirements
Connecting Planerio takes an active account plus an API access token from your account settings — no other setup is required.[3]
Get your Planerio credentials
- UsernametextRequired
The technical login username provided by your Account Manager (e.g. REPORT04-YOURCOMPANY-1234567890). This is NOT your regular Planerio user login.
[1] - PasswordpasswordRequired
The technical login password provided by your Account Manager.
[1] - HosttextRequired
Your API gateway host, e.g. example.apigw.planer.io (without https://). Derived from your URL: replace 'planer.io' with 'apigw.planer.io'.

The Shift Group Token (Schichtgruppen-Token) created in Admin > Settings > Planerio Interface. Controls which shift groups' data is accessible via this connection.

Connect Planerio in WEXTL
- Log in to your WEXTL account, add the Planerio node module to your workflow, and click Create new credential.
- Optional: In the Credential name field, enter a name for the credential.
- Enter the authentication credentials you copied from your Planerio account, or follow the on-screen instructions to create the credential.
- If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
- If you want to make changes to your credential in the future, follow the steps in Manage credentials →
