Online forms — create forms, collect entries, and manage form fields. This integration exposes its full API as workflow modules.
The integration includes 6 triggers, 10 search modules and 2 actions. Connections use basic authentication. Webhook-based triggers fire instantly without polling.
How to connect
The credential form asks for Subdomain, API Key, and Password.
