Keep Amenitiz and Exely PMS aligned: when scheduling events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when Amenitiz's "Watch Availabilities" fires, WEXTL can "Add a Payment to a Room Stay" in Exely PMS. Amenitiz has 3 triggers (including Watch Availabilities, Watch Recently Created Bookings, and Watch Recently Updated Bookings); Exely PMS has 28 actions (including Add a Payment to a Room Stay, Add Refund to Room Stay, and Assign a Room to Stay).
