Keep BuddyPunch and JobVite aligned: when hr events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when BuddyPunch's "Watch Employees" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Batch of Employees" in JobVite. BuddyPunch has 2 triggers (including Watch Employees and Watch Positions); JobVite has 25 actions (including Create a Batch of Employees, Create a Contact, and Create a Job).
