Keep BuddyPunch and TimeTrex aligned: when hr events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when BuddyPunch's "Watch Employees" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Job" in TimeTrex. BuddyPunch has 2 triggers (including Watch Employees and Watch Positions); TimeTrex has 9 actions (including Create a Job, Create Job Title, and Delete a Job).
