Google Tasks + LetsBuild Integration

Keep Google Tasks and LetsBuild aligned: when project management events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when LetsBuild's "Watch Form Templates" fires, WEXTL can "Clear Completed Tasks" in Google Tasks. Google Tasks has 15 actions (including Clear Completed Tasks, Create a Task, and Create a Task List); LetsBuild has 43 actions (including Add Attachments to Point, Add Comment to Point, and Add Folder Visibility for Users).
