How to integrate JobLogic in automation workflow?

3 simple steps to make your JobLogic connected with other apps in automation workflows on WEXTL. Up to 10 minutes integration set up.

How JobLogic connects and integrates with WEXTL

Save and approve your credentials once — WEXTL® stores authorization information encrypted and reuses the authentication whenever JobLogic app is called in workflows. That allows your project management automations to run without your attention, per defined schedule [7]. Explore documentation [6] for a detailed list of fields that JobLogic supports.

The following table illustrates what fields JobLogic integration require during authorization flow inside our workflow builder [4].

FieldTypeHelp
Joblogic - Client IDRequired
text

Enter your Client ID. IP whitelisting is required before this app can connect. First, copy the Make egress IP addresses from Make IP allowlist and send them to Joblogic Support to be whitelisted. Once completed, Joblogic will provide your Client ID via the UAT portal at https://uat.joblogic.com.

Joblogic - Client SecretRequired
password

Enter your Client Secret. This secret is issued together with your Client ID and is used for OAuth 2.0 authentication. If authentication fails, confirm that IP whitelisting is required and that your Make IPs from Make IP allowlist have been approved by Joblogic Support. Credential setup is managed via https://uat.joblogic.com.

Connect JobLogic to popular apps on WEXTL

Enter a name of the other app you want to sync with JobLogic below. Click on selected app to explore integration options with JobLogic. If the app you search for is not available in WEXTL yet, you can use HTTP node [10] instead to integrate it directly.

Example automation with JobLogic integration

Select Watch Purchase Orders trigger from JobLogic - this will be a starting point in your automation. Whenever event happens in JobLogic, workflow will start [7] from Watch Purchase Orders node.

Search for Create a Purchase Order Line Item, connect it as the next step of integration sequence. You can use filters between Watch Purchase Orders and Create a Purchase Order Line Item, so only important data pass from Watch Purchase Orders to the next step. WEXTL gives you full control over the process of JobLogic automation. All parts of workflow are visible on the canvas [4].

JobLogic on WEXTL has 88 modules for building project management automations. Explore JobLogic documentation for more.
