When prompted, authorize access to MILKEE in WEXTL once. MILKEE credentials are encrypted and never shared with WEXTL. Authorization will be reused in any future API calls [3].
WEXTL wants to integrate with your MILKEE account. Approve?
Build your workflow with MILKEE yourself or with WEXTL® AI Builder. Connect MILKEE to any available integrations [5], or use HTTP node to go beyond them.
Save and approve your credentials once — WEXTL® stores authorization information encrypted and reuses the authentication whenever MILKEE app is called in workflows. That allows your finance automations to run without your attention, per defined schedule [7]. Explore documentation [6] for a detailed list of fields that MILKEE supports.
The following table illustrates what fields MILKEE integration require during authorization flow inside our workflow builder [4].

| Field | Type | Help |
|---|---|---|
API TokenRequired | password | In MILKEE: Integrationen → API → Token erstellen. The token is shown once — store it in a secrets manager. Renewing a token in MILKEE invalidates every existing connection, so update this credential straight after a rotation. |
Company IDRequired | uinteger | The numeric company id every API path is scoped to. Find it in MILKEE under Einstellungen → Mein Unternehmen → Firmen-ID für API. One credential covers one company — create a second credential to work with a second company. |
Enter a name of the other app you want to sync with MILKEE below. Click on selected app to explore integration options with MILKEE. If the app you search for is not available in WEXTL yet, you can use HTTP node [10] instead to integrate it directly.
Select Watch Events trigger from MILKEE - this will be a starting point in your automation. Whenever event happens in MILKEE, workflow will start [7] from Watch Events node.
Search for Create a Customer, connect it as the next step of integration sequence. You can use filters between Watch Events and Create a Customer, so only important data pass from Watch Events to the next step. WEXTL gives you full control over the process of MILKEE automation. All parts of workflow are visible on the canvas [4].
MILKEE on WEXTL has 130 modules for building finance automations. Explore MILKEE documentation for more.
