How to integrate TeamGantt in automation workflow?

3 simple steps to make your TeamGantt connected with other apps in automation workflows on WEXTL. Up to 10 minutes integration set up.

How TeamGantt connects and integrates with WEXTL

Save and approve your credentials once — WEXTL® stores authorization information encrypted and reuses the authentication whenever TeamGantt app is called in workflows. That allows your project management automations to run without your attention, per defined schedule [7]. Explore documentation [6] for a detailed list of fields that TeamGantt supports.

The following table illustrates what fields TeamGantt integration require during authorization flow inside our workflow builder [4].

The required Client Secret generated alongside your Client ID in TeamGantt. This value is used to authenticate API requests and should be kept confidential—anyone with access to it can act on behalf of your integration.

Account EmailRequired

The email address associated with your account. This is required for the OAuth 2.0 Resource Owner Password Credentials authentication flow used by the API.

Account PasswordRequired

The password for the account associated with the email provided above. This credential is used only to obtain authorization tokens and is never stored or logged by the integration.

Connect TeamGantt to popular apps on WEXTL

Enter a name of the other app you want to sync with TeamGantt below. Click on selected app to explore integration options with TeamGantt. If the app you search for is not available in WEXTL yet, you can use HTTP node [10] instead to integrate it directly.

Example automation with TeamGantt integration

Select Watch Teams trigger from TeamGantt - this will be a starting point in your automation. Whenever event happens in TeamGantt, workflow will start [7] from Watch Teams node.

Search for Add a Team User, connect it as the next step of integration sequence. You can use filters between Watch Teams and Add a Team User, so only important data pass from Watch Teams to the next step. WEXTL gives you full control over the process of TeamGantt automation. All parts of workflow are visible on the canvas [4].

TeamGantt on WEXTL has 57 modules for building project management automations. Explore TeamGantt documentation for more.
