AWS Transcribe + GymMaster Integration

Wire AWS Transcribe's ai events into GymMaster's scheduling actions so handoffs stay automatic.

Example: when GymMaster's "Watch Available Class" fires, WEXTL can "Create Vocabulary" in AWS Transcribe. AWS Transcribe has 12 actions (including Create Vocabulary, Create Vocabulary Filter, and Delete Transcription Job); GymMaster has 61 actions (including Add Member Measurements, Assign Credit, and Book Into Class).
