ClickTime + TimeTrex Integration

Keep ClickTime and TimeTrex aligned: when hr events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when ClickTime's "Watch Alternative Time Off" fires, WEXTL can "Create a Job" in TimeTrex. ClickTime has 4 triggers (including Watch Alternative Time Off, Watch Jobs, and Watch Time Entries); TimeTrex has 9 actions (including Create a Job, Create Job Title, and Delete a Job).
