Clockify + Teamdeck Integration

Keep Clockify and Teamdeck aligned: when hr events happen in one, update the other automatically.

Example: when Teamdeck's "Watch Availability" fires, WEXTL can "Add a New Client" in Clockify. Clockify has 137 actions (including Add a New Client, Add a New Group, and Add a New Project); Teamdeck has 80 actions (including Activate Resource, Assign Custom Field Value To Project, and Assign Custom Field Value To Resource).
