Requirements

Before you set up the credential, make sure you have an active Attio account and an API access token from your account settings ready.[3]

Get your Attio credentials

Credential type option 1

Attio - Primary

Log into Attio, go to Workspace settings > Developers, create a new access token, name it, and set the required scopes

Credential type option 2

Attio - Secondary

You’ll be redirected to sign in and approve access — your password is never shared with WEXTL.

Go to the Developer Dashboard and open your app’s settings to find your Client ID.

In the same app settings, open the OAuth tab to find your Client Secret.

Connect Attio in WEXTL

Log in to your WEXTL account, add the Attio node module to your workflow, and click Create new credential.
Instant triggers use webhooks — click Create a webhook first when adding one, then create the credential.
Optional: In the Credential name field, enter a name for the credential.
Enter the authentication credentials you copied from your Attio account, or follow the on-screen instructions to create the credential.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
