Connecting Bitrix24 takes an active account plus an API access token from your account settings — no other setup is required.[3]https://www.bitrix24.com

Credential type option 1

Bitrix24 - Inbound Webhook

  • Webhook URLpasswordRequired

In Bitrix24, open Applications > Developer resources > Other > Inbound webhook, tick the permissions this connection needs, and copy the webhook URL. It looks like https://your-company.bitrix24.com/rest/1/abc123xyz/. Treat it like a password. If you set an expiration date on the webhook, this connection stops working after that date. Permissions the steps use: crm, task, user, department, im, calendar, disk, sonet_group, log, lists, bizproc, catalog, timeman.
