How to integrate Service Fusion in automation workflow?

3 simple steps to make your Service Fusion connected with other apps in automation workflows on WEXTL. Up to 10 minutes integration set up.

How Service Fusion connects and integrates with WEXTL

Save and approve your credentials once — WEXTL® stores authorization information encrypted and reuses the authentication whenever Service Fusion app is called in workflows. That allows your project management automations to run without your attention, per defined schedule [7]. Explore documentation [6] for a detailed list of fields that Service Fusion supports.

The following table illustrates what fields Service Fusion integration require during authorization flow inside our workflow builder [4].

FieldTypeHelp
Client IDRequired
text

In Service Fusion, open My Office, then Developer Settings, then API Credentials, and copy the Client ID. The API needs the Pro plan. A 403 can also mean the other connection type is needed or the endpoint is not open to this account.

Client SecretRequired
password

Copy the Client Secret from the same API Credentials page. Regenerating it in Service Fusion stops this connection until you update it here.

Connect Service Fusion to popular apps on WEXTL

Enter a name of the other app you want to sync with Service Fusion below. Click on selected app to explore integration options with Service Fusion. If the app you search for is not available in WEXTL yet, you can use HTTP node [10] instead to integrate it directly.

Example automation with Service Fusion integration

Select Watch New Jobs trigger from Service Fusion - this will be a starting point in your automation. Whenever event happens in Service Fusion, workflow will start [7] from Watch New Jobs node.

Search for Create a Customer, connect it as the next step of integration sequence. You can use filters between Watch New Jobs and Create a Customer, so only important data pass from Watch New Jobs to the next step. WEXTL gives you full control over the process of Service Fusion automation. All parts of workflow are visible on the canvas [4].

Service Fusion on WEXTL has 41 modules for building project management automations. Explore Service Fusion documentation for more.
