Service Fusion requires an active account and OAuth client credentials, granted by signing in with your account to connect — both are set up on its own site.[3]https://www.servicefusion.com

Credential type option 1

Service Fusion

You’ll be redirected to sign in and approve access — your password is never shared with WEXTL.

  • Client IDtextRequired

In Service Fusion, open My Office, then Developer Settings, then API Credentials, and copy the Client ID. The API needs the Pro plan. A 403 can also mean the other connection type is needed or the endpoint is not open to this account.

  • Client SecretpasswordRequired

Copy the Client Secret from the same API Credentials page. Regenerating it in Service Fusion stops this connection until you update it here.
