Superchat requires an active account and an API access token from your account settings to connect — both are set up on its own site.[3]https://www.superchat.com

  • API KeypasswordRequired

In Superchat, open Settings → Integrations → API and copy the API key. Only workspace administrators can see it. The key has full read and write access to the workspace.
