About this integration
Handle messaging conversations through Zendesk Conversations. Use it from the workflow canvas with no custom glue script required.
This integration exposes 2 triggers, 11 search modules and 22 actions as workflow nodes. Authentication uses basic authentication. Webhook-based triggers fire instantly without polling.
How to connect
The credential form asks for Zendesk - Subdomain, Key ID, and Key Secret.
